Tony Schy
Tony Schy is a Partner and Co-founder of Chapman Kelly. Tony is responsible for account management, business development, technology, and administrative operations.
Tony brings extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of project management, product development, performance measurement, process design, and methodology in financial, insurance and healthcare industry sectors.
Prior to Chapman Kelly Tony spent 10 years with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) as Director in the Technology and Outsourcing Financial Services Practice. During Tony’s career with Accenture he served multiple clients including Allstate, JP Morgan, Mellon Bank and UPS.
Tony has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, Terre Haute, Indiana
Mary Chapman
Mary Chapman is a Partner and Co-Founder of Chapman Kelly. Mary is responsible for business development, overall auditing and collection operations, corporate marketing strategies, and direction of account management.
Mary has 20 years’ professional experience in healthcare focusing on claims administration, provider contracting, auditing, and information technology with companies that include Humana, United Healthcare, and HealthNet.
Prior to Chapman Kelly Mary was the Director of Operations for Cirvis, Inc., a credit balance recovery firm.
Michael Browning
Michael Browning is the Vice President of Strategy. Michael’s responsibilities include industry research and positioning, strategic marketing initiatives, internal process improvements, and other administrative and business development duties.
Michael has performed competitive analysis, industry research, pricing analysis, and company-wide operational reporting while working for industry-leading companies such as General Electric and Humana. He has conducted econometric research on health insurance coverage and served as a discussant at economic conferences.
Michael has a bachelor's degree in Economics from Bellarmine University located in Louisville, Kentucky.
Tanya Henry
Tanya Henry is the Director of Program Management. Tanya’s responsibilities include oversight of all claim audit projects at Chapman Kelly as well as mentoring and training of all new employees.
Prior to Chapman Kelly Tanya was employed by The Rawlings Company for 10 years specializing in the settlement of subrogation and coordination of benefits claims including no-fault automobile insurance, bodily injury settlements, product liability, medical malpractice, homeowners liability, and mass torts. Tanya’s prior clients included Aetna, United Healthcare, Cigna, Anthem, Tufts Health Plan, and HealthNet.
Cheryl Schy
Cheryl Schy is the Director of Operations for Dependent Verification. Cheryl’s responsibilities include overall direction of Dependent Verification Operations and providing project leadership throughout the dependent verification process.
Cheryl has 14 years professional experience including 8 years in a consulting role for the financial, healthcare and insurance industries. These roles included development of a comprehensive rebate analysis tools for the pharmaceutical industry, project management in the Service Operations division of Humana, Inc and senior consultant for the insurance industry at Accenture (formerly known as Andersen Consulting). She is well versed in project management, process design and client account management.
Cheryl has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois.
Steve Klimesh
Steve Klimesh is the Director of IT Operations. Steve oversees the daily operations of Chapman Kelly’s IT department which includes networking and security, as well as the company’s enterprise data warehouse.
Steve has over 15 years experience in information and security systems gained through employment with Hewlett Packard, Swiss Air, Inacom Information Systems and ExecuTrain. He enjoys the challenges that today’s emerging technologies pose and employs a never quit attitude.
Steve has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond, Kentucky.
Mac DeHart
Mac DeHart is the Director of Business Development. Mac’s responsibilities include sales, account management, and product development.
Mac is a healthcare information professional with experience in medical data analysis, both clinical and financial. Mac has worked extensively with providers, payers, consultants, pharmaceutical companies and managed care organizations. Mac has helped them achieve their objectives of cost containment, clinical resource management, improvement of patient outcomes, rate negotiation and contract management. Mac’s clients have included Community Health Systems, Sutter Health, Cogent Healthcare, WellPoint and Ernst & Young. Mac maintains a strong commitment to pursuing innovative methods to facilitate healthcare cost containment.
Alan Hughes
Alan Hughes is the National Sales Director. Alan’s responsibilities include sales, client services, marketing and brand strategy.
Alan has over 20 years of sales experience. Alan has been very successful in multiple industries with sales consistently exceeding the million dollar mark annually. Alan’s prior clients include Ann Taylor, Federal Express and Detroit Transportation.
Alan has a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky.
